The 3 fables i have chosen

The first fable i have thought about is The Fox and the Lion.

I like the moral of this fable and i think it can be shown well in an animation. The fable would only require 2 characters the Fox and the Lion and the environment would be in a woodland area. Having no probs and only 2 characters to make model wise this woudl be the quickest of the 3 choices giving me more time to focus on the animation and enviroment.

The second fable i have thought about is The Dog and the Wolf.

This also has an interesting moral to the story and i feel it is rather a strong one. The animation would be able to show the storys meaning very well. This animation would only require 2 character the Dog and the Wolf. The environment would be either and woodland area moving into and urban area or a field or park area. In regard to props when in the story the dog talks about his being chained up at home, a prop of a chain in the group could be used.

The third fable i have thought about is The Bundle of Sticks.

The moral of the story is very strong, it is about the being more strengh when more unite then 1 on its own. The animation would be a greate way of displaying the moral. If i am to use this fable i would keep the concept of 3 sons attempting to breake the sticks but instead of using humans i would use animals. This fable would require the creation of 5 charaters and 3 props, and it would be set in a medow area. The number of models needed for this fable makes this the hardest one of my 3 choices but i feel it has the strongest moral.
