The Fox - Texture

Once i had complete the model i split the model up into separate objects, head, body and tail and added a UVW Map modifier to each of them. The map that was produced was all over the place so i spent some time putting the map together. Once it was in a good shape i rendered the map read for editing in photoshop.

Using the clone stamp tool, i cloned areas of the 3 textures bellow. Using separate layers for each of the textures i was able to get a great look for the head of the fox. I used this same technique for the rest of the body.


The tail i added a bit of the light red fur texture to the sides to make them look better.

Texture 1 - Red Fur

Texture 2 - White Fur

Texture 3 - black fur
